Get active around the Bismarck/Mandan area this summer! Summer is a great time of the year to change up your fitness routine with two completely different exercises every week. One class may include strengthening your entire body or burning serious calories on the bike trail to tone your legs, while the next class may be exercising your arms, glutes, and core. You will feel fresh and energized at the end of every workout and your body will thank you for changing your fitness routine up. We decide together if the class is outside, inside, or both to keep the body guessing. Participants should bring a filled water bottle and wear clothes geared to work out.
