T'ai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that helps to promote calmness, centeredness, and self-control. It combines meditation with physical exercise and can enhance energy, flexibility, balance, muscle, and strength while reducing stress. In this beginner's class, you will learn about the twenty-four forms of the Yang Style and experience meditation in motion. No prior experience is needed, so please wear comfortable clothing to class.
