Come to camp to walk in the shoes of those working in our healthcare setting. Dive deeper into health science careers with hands-on activities based on health science! Learn about a variety of health careers from people who work in nursing, respiratory therapy, radiation technology, emergency services, dietetics, and a medical lab. Activities may include: taking vitals, suturing, creating compounds, typing blood samples, inflating pig lungs, practicing intubation (on a manikin), exploring how X-rays are taken, drilling and filling cavities, and much more! You will not want to miss this opportunity to explore careers you did not know existed in the medical world. This camp is for kids who completed grades 5-8.
