This class will take you on a culinary journey across the rich continent of Africa. Learn about African spices and flavors and how to prepare easy everyday meals with them. Learn facts about traditional African cooking methods, the development of African food culture in the US and abroad, and of course, eat the delicious food you prepare in class with enough leftovers to take home for later. Bring an apron and container to take leftovers home. A supply fee of $15 is payable at the time of registration.
