If you are an adult living with chronic pain, this workshop will help you manage your pain and give you new ideas to help keep yourself motivated. You will also learn goal setting and problem solving, appropriate exercise for maintaining and improving strength, along with flexibility and endurance. We will also talk about managing difficult emotions, fatigue, isolation and poor sleep, and appropriate use of medications. Our conversation will also include how to communicate with both providers and family, and lastly, relaxation techniques, and more.
