Introduction to Rigid Heddle Weaving

ID : 28957
« back to classes page
Always wanted to weave? Rigid heddles are a small investment and can make wonderful scarves, table runners, even clothing from any kind of fiber. This class will teach you how to wrap a small loom, cover some common vernacular, and also help you decide on equipment and your very own loom. Everyone will have a chance to weave and the scarf will be given away to a lucky winner at the end of the evening. PLEASE do not purchase a loom until you speak to the instructor. If you already have a loom, please bring it to class with some yarn.
