In this class, Rob Gall, certified personal trainer, will show you tips and ways to make a fitness goal attainable. This class is designed to help enable you with knowledge, ability, motivation and commitment to get improved physical fitness and health. You will learn goal and program planning, how to exercise at home with minimal or no equipment, stretching tips and cool down techniques. This class will be seminar based, with some demonstration. This is not a workout class.
