GAP Class-Sweat It Out + Pilates

Change your workout into THREE totally different classes. M) - Total body workout that engages the entire abdominal core, legs (inner, outer thigh), arms (triceps, biceps, shoulders) and builds strength through the lower back. W) Get strong (and stay there)by utilizing free weights, body weight, stability balls, and more! Get ready to use challenging equipment like the BOSU ball, weighted bars, stretch bands and of course your own body. Th) Focus on core strength wth full body stretching and flexibility!   Participants should bring a filled water bottle and wear clothes geared to work out.
