Learn what you need to know to walk into any yoga class with confidence and not feel out of place. Brenda Stone, a certified instructor, will teach you the sun salutation and warrior series. Leave the daily routines at the door and come inside the studio to have fun, feel relaxed and stretch in a comfortable environment! Please bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated. Mats are available and other equipment will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing that will stretch and move with you. Pants should be knee length or longer.
