“Meditation is a vital way to purify and quiet the mind, thus rejuvenating the body” – Deepak Chopra. Are you curious to learn what meditation is, and want to give it a try? If so, this is the place for you. During the class sessions, you will learn the basic steps needed to develop a solid meditation practice you can learn at home. You will learn how to bring mindfulness into each of your sessions as well as the important details – how to sit, how long to meditate for, what you can expect from your experience. Please wear comfortable clothes and easy to remove shoes.
