Electricity is the most critical of all critical infrastructures. There is a lot of information available to the public about various threats: cyber attacks by sophisticated adversaries, a gunfire attack on a major substation in California, insider threats, terrorism, and copper theft. How do we put it all in perspective? How do we protect our assets? We will look at the various threats to the electricity sector, and discuss security management programs which will help us to address them all.
