Artificial Intelligence and IIoT for Predictive Maintenance – for Managers, Techs and Engineers

In this workshop the students will work through the 7 elements of the IoT stack for an Internet of Things EcoSystem including: 1) Source, 2) Connect, 3) Collect, 4) Store & Alert, 5) Analyze with Artificial Intelligence, 6) Custom Apps with Artificial Intelligence, and 7) People & Process.

The session will place a special emphasis around business justification, understanding AI as deployed for PdM, and then installation, setup, operation and maintenance of the system. Four key take aways:
1) In depth understanding of the 7 elements of the Internet of Things as it applies to reliability
2) In depth understanding of new, cost effective tools for Artificial Intelligence and predictive maintenance
3) In depth understanding of ultrasonic verse vibration monitoring for use in predictive alerts
4) Basic understanding of Rest API and custom apps to create automated work orders for the most common failure modes of rotating equipment
