T’ai Chi is a centuries old Chinese martial art that promotes calming, centering, and self-control. A combination of meditation and physical exercise, T’ai Chi can increase energy, flexibility, balance, muscle strength and reduce stress. While learning about the twenty four forms of Yang Style, you will experience meditation in motion. This is a beginner class, no experience necessary! Please wear comfortable clothing to class.
