Meditation is the conscious act of relaxing the mind to create body and self-awareness. A very simple meditation practice can greatly increase your sense of well-being, creativity and joy for living. Also, research shows developing a meditation practice can reduce stress, blood pressure and symptoms of chronic illness. This course will serve both beginners and seasoned meditators.
