This class will help you find flexibility through modifications, improve your balance, relieve stress, and gain strength to help you live a better life. You will be lead in a series of basic yoga poses by a certified yoga instructor. All of this knowledge will be gained through easy to understand instruction. After this 6 week course, you will have the tools you need to enter any yoga class with confidence. There will also be time for meditation and some one-on-one instruction for better body awareness. Dress comfortably, in clothing that will move easily with your body. Yoga mats are available.
