
Join us for a unique opportunity to experience gentle meditation.
In this group course, you will learn some of the fundamentals of mindfulness meditation practice and how to develop a practice that supports you. This class is structured in a gentle, supportive way that is accessible to any person’s age and/or background. All participant levels are welcome!
A number of studies have shown the benefits of meditation include stress reduction, better sleep quality, and increased mental health.
Wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing, a cozy sweater or lap-top blanket, a yoga/pilates mat and a pillow.
