ClassGraphic Have you ever wanted to try ballet but felt you might be too old, too inexperienced, or too out of shape to begin? This month-long workshop is designed especially for adult learners who are curious about ballet but hesitant to step into a traditional studio.
At NPD’s Recliners to Relevé workshop, you’ll find a friendly, encouraging atmosphere, no pressure and no need to know the steps in advance. Over four enjoyable classes, you’ll explore the fundamentals of ballet while improving balance, posture, and confidence. Come experience the grace and joy of movement in a supportive, non-competitive setting!
