This class is part of Bismarck's VinterFest.
It is time to discover crochet! In this class, beginners will learn the foundation of crochet from the chain to the double crochet stitch. Participants will learn how to chain, the single, half-double, and double crochet stitches by creating motifs that can be used as coasters or blanket squares. No prior crochet experience is needed - just patience and determination to have fun while learning! The following supplies will be needed for class: 1 skein of any worsted weight wool, one H or I crochet hook (5mm or 5.5mm), scissors, tape measure, and a blunt tip needle with a large eye (tapestry needle).
