Drop Spindle Spinning 101

Would you like to learn how to spin your own yarn? In this class, you will learn how to spin wool fiber into yarn on a drop spindle, a traditional hand tool used to twist fibers into thread. With a little patience, you can create your own custom yarn to knit, crochet, or weave with. During the final class, you will have an opportunity to transfer those skills to a spinning wheel if you would like. A supply fee of $30 is payable at the time of registration. Additional supplies will be available for purchase, if desired.
