Start the week off with aerobic fitness and end the week with a fun and challenging Zumba class. Challenge yourself with a variety of total body conditioning that involves both strength and cardio exercise that targets all major muscles groups in a variety of ways. Changing up the routine each week with a mix of free weights, resistance bands, med balls, weighted bars, steps, and BOSU balance ball. You set your own fitness level for how hard you want to push!
