In this class you will journey through America's love/hate relationship with distilled spirits. This class, led by Chartered Master Whiskey Taster Scott, will take you on a journey through the Whiskey Rebellion, Prohibition, and modern laws and regulations that govern the spirt industry, all while sampling five whiskeys – some famous and some lesser-known – that reflect each era. Participants must be 21 to register. We highly recommend participants eat before class and possibly arrange for alternative transportation home.
