Participant Registration: Registration is online only.
This includes materials, breaks, lunch, the Exhibitor Showcase Social on Tuesday and Casino Night on Wednesday evening.

FEES:

 

 

$40 per day

Pre-registration

Monday, December 1, 2017 and ends Wednesday, January 17, 2018

$100 per day or $140 for two days

Onsite registration

Friday, January 19, 2018 at 8:00 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be a $25 per person processing fee for cancellations received prior to Friday, January 12, 2018. Cancellations after this date or during the conference will not be refunded. If necessary, substitutions or name changes can be accommodated through Wednesday, January 17, 2017.
