Join Loretta and focus on YOU- get strong (and stay there) by utilizing free weights, body weight, stability balls, and more! Get ready to use challenging equipment like the BOSU ball, weighted bars, stretch bands and of course your own body. Don’t worry, there are tons of ways to make you sweat so everyone leaves ready for a shower. Participants should bring a filled water bottle and wear clothes geared to work out!
