Change your workout into two totally different classes.
CARDIO TUESDAY is a total body workout using resistance and cardio training techniques to improve your endurance and help you build strength. CORE THURSDAY focuses on engaging the entire abdominal core. This class will also utilize static stretching for a workout that will leave you feeling lengthened, relaxed, and ready for the next Tuesday class. Both days feature interval training with upbeat music and are designed to promote strength, cardiovascular endurance, lean muscle growth, and excess fat loss in all of those “troubled areas.” Participants should bring a filled water bottle and wear clothes geared to work out!
