Tabata is a fun and exciting full body workout via high intensity interval training (HIIT) that will burn 500-600 calories each class. We will begin with a short warm-up followed by a series of four minute exercise sequences broken into eight (20 seconds of intense work followed by 10 seconds of rest) intervals. We will engage all your core muscles and end with a short cool down and stretch. Tone muscle, relieve stress, and energize yourself all while having a blast! Participants should bring a filled water bottle and wear clothes geared to work out.
