5k races are everywhere, and are continually increasing in popularity. They sound like fun, but how do you get started? It’s time to get off your couch and get training. In a multi-night workshop, you will learn how to build up stamina, how to take care of your body as you prepare, plus tips and tricks on how to achieve your goal. It’s time to get out there, have some fun and cross that first 5k off your bucket list! Participants should wear athletic gear and tennis shoes. Also, bring a water bottle.
