Kumla, sometimes referred to as Klubb, is a hearty, dense, potato dumpling cooked in a ham broth and is a Norwegian cultural food. While this certainly isn't a lean (or light) meal, it is one that you can enjoy during the holidays for both sentiment and flavor! Participants should bring an apron to class.
