Sweet or savory strudels are a delightful and easy meal if you have the right touch. Come and practice the basic technique, and then experiment with fillings. The options are endless - plain, with gravy, smothered in chokecherry syrup and more (but let’s save that for class)! Class supply fee is covered by the registration fee. Participants need to bring a bowl with cover to class for mixing dough and leftovers. Also, bring a flour sack dishtowel.
