Feel the burn with this dynamic strength endurance workout that will condition the entire body from the inside out. It’s the perfect cardio strength class that introduces you to patterns that offer progressions and regressions for all fitness levels. Gain strength while challenging balance, coordination, mindfulness and power. End it with easy-to-learn yoga postures, dynamic stretches and sequences of movement that target trouble areas to release tension, restore mobility and rebalance the body. Participants should bring a filled water bottle and wear clothes geared to work out.
