These easy-to-make herb, fruit and spice concoctions are all the rage, whether you use them to flavor a martini or make cookies more scrumptious! This class will teach you basic methods for extracting the volatile oils and edible compounds from botanicals, preparing them for use in your kitchen or home bar. Class will include recipe and method for limoncello, bitters (used in old fashions, but excellent on their own!), schnapps, vanilla extract and much, much more! Samples of most preparations will be available to try—must be 21 to register and attend! A supply fee of $20 is payable at the time of registration and includes vodka, herbs/spices/fruits for infusing, and glass containers.
