This Ken Blanchard course introduces the theory of Situational Leadership II in an engaging and informative way. The foundation of Situational Leadership II lies in teaching leaders to diagnose the needs of an individual or a team and then use the appropriate leadership style to respond to the needs of the person, team and the situation. Participants learn about the three skills of a Situational Leader: goal setting, diagnosing and matching.
