BSC has partnered with Interaction Management® web-based training to provide DDI's award-winning courses for frontline leaders and individual contributors. The highly interactive design and multimedia keeps learners engaged, and video-based skill builders with branching and immediate feedback provide opportunities for online application of the skills. Courses take two to four hours to complete, and bookmarking makes it easy for learners to complete the courses across multiple sessions.
Many courses allow learners to tailor their learning path by selecting the appropriate work environment. Resources such as job aids, Discussion Planners, and Development Action Forms are designed for ease of use back in the workplace. A special unit at the end of the course, such as the "Applying Your Skills" unit, provides additional tools and guidance for the learners and their managers to support ongoing skill application and development.
