Research tells us that employee engagement is the primary enabler of the successful execution of any business strategy and no one impacts the state of engagement and retention more than an employee's immediate leader. This web-based course provides leaders with a model for determining what drives each individual's engagement as well as methods for proactively engaging and retaining talent. Participants learn how to conduct "engagement conversations" and "retention conversations". They explore ways to recognize people and use no-cost "everyday engagers" to create an engaging environment.
