Private Lessons: Guitar & Bass Guitar

ClassGraphic Starting a new hobby or wanting to improve your skills? These guitar lessons are available for all levels of instruction, beginning through advanced. If you have never played before or would like to advance your current level of playing, these one-on-one lessons will help you reach your potential. Students will need their own guitar. Either acoustic or electric guitar as well as electric bass are welcome. Douglas will be offering times from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays at BSC in the guitar room. Students will work with the instructor to schedule eight one-on-one lesson times. Please note that all lessons must be completed by December 11.

Class registration closes September 6 at 12 PM.

Please read:  Participants will work with the instructor to schedule eight one-on-one lessons which must be complete by December 11. Registration closes September 6 at 12 PM. By registering for this class, participants agree to allow BSC to provide their contact information to the instructor.

Note: Participants will need to purchase and receive the correct books prior to the first lesson.

Books needed: Guitar: Mel Bay Guitar Tablature book (green cover) & Snyder’s Guitar School method book 1 (red cover)

or

Bass: Mel Bay Electric Bass Manuscript book (blue cover) Hal Leonard Bass Method book1 (black cover)
