ClassGraphic Sourdough bread is naturally leavened using wild yeast and fermentation rather than commercial yeast.
This class introduces participants to sourdough basics, including starter care, dough mixing, shaping, and baking. Students will learn how fermentation affects flavor and texture, how to maintain a healthy starter, and how to troubleshoot common challenges. Participants will leave with foundational knowledge and practical skills to confidently bake sourdough at home.
